- Obverse
- In the centre - the emblem of the Bank of Russia (double-headed eagle designed by I. Bilibin), underneath the left - indicate the metal sign and the fineness, in the center - the mint trademark., right - the fine metal content. The inscriptions along the rim framed circle of dots: at the top - "10 roubles 1993" at the bottom - "BANK OF RUSSIA". (Roubles LMD BANK OF RUSSIA)
- Reverse
- Portraits of participants in the First Congress of the International Olympic Comittee. In the centre - Pierre de Coubertin, to the right - A. D. Butovsky, to the left - the Olympic torch and the Emblem of the National Olympic Comittee of Russia, below - a laurel branch. Under the portraits - the inscription in four lines: "ПЬЕР ДЕ КУБЕРТЕН А.БУТОВСКИЙ" (PIERRE DE COUBERTIN A. BUTOVSKY).
