- Crowned head of King Erik XIV with armored collar facing right. King's head is within a circle with legend outside. (Erik XIV King of Sweden by the Grace of God)

- Oval ornate shield with the Three Crowns of Sweden and inner Vasa coat of arms within circle. King's motto outside with date at end. (God gives to whom He wishes)
