Obverse

Above - the Small Coat of Arms of Ukraine with the semicircular inscription НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ (National Bank of Ukraine) and the coin issue year 2014 indication (thereunder, to the left); in the center, against the background of a conventionalized ornamental pattern, the face value: 5 ГРИВЕНЬ (5 hryvnias) together with the mark of the National Bank of Ukraine Mint.

Reverse

There is depicted the Ozbek Han Mosque against the background of a conventionalized ornamental pattern with the inscription 700/РОКІВ (700/years) to the left of the image and the semicircular inscriptions (in Crimean Tatar and Ukrainian respectively) ESKI QIRIM. OZBEK HAN CAMISI VE MEDRESE (Staryi Krym, Ozbek Han's mosque and madrasa) and МЕЧЕТЬ ХАНА УЗБЕКА І МЕДРЕСЕ (Mosque of the Han Ozbek and madrasa).
