Description
2 Euros from Portugal. Issued in 2014. Struck in Bimetallic: nickel brass clad nickel centre in copper-nickel ring. Measures 25.75 mm and weighs 8.5 g.
- Obverse
- Tools typically used in traditional agriculture in the centre, together with farming products: a chicken in the centre, surrounded by pumpkins, a basket of potatoes, and other vegetables and flowers. On the left side, in a semi-circle, the subject of the commemoration ‘AGRICULTURA FAMILIAR’ (Family Farming) and on the right side, in a semi-circle, the name of the country name followed by the date.
