Obverse
There is depicted the statue of Saint Jur (St. George) chiseled by Johan Pinsel (1759 - 1761) on the cathedral facade; on the left from the statue there is the coin issue year - 2004 with the small National Emblem of Ukraine placed beneath; above the statue there is a semicircular inscription: УКРАЇНА (Ukraine) - 10 ГРИВЕНЬ (hryvnias) - beneath, as well as the designation of the metal, its fineness and its weight in fineness.
Reverse
There is depicted the cathedral, as well as the inscriptions: СОБОР СВЯТОГО ЮРА (St. George's Cathedral) (semicircular, above) and ЛЬВІВ (Lviv) - beneath.
