10 Rupees from Sri Lanka (1972-date). Issued in 2013. Struck in Stainless steel (AISI 430). Measures 26.4 mm and weighs 8.36 g.
- Obverse
- Koneswaram temple, Seruvila Raja Maha Viharaya temple and the Mohideen Jumma Mosque within circle, date below
- Reverse
- A large 10 in the center of the piece with the text 'TEN ROUPIES' in Sinhala, Tamil and English below. The year, below the text, is surrounded by ears of rice on each side. 'SRI LANKA' in Sinhalese appears at the top as well as in Tamil on the left and in English on the right. A geometric pattern is engraved around the edge.
