- The two-headed eagle (designed by I.Bilibin), the letters under it indicate the metal sign, the fineness, the mint trademark and the fine metal content. The inscriptions along the rim: at the top — «3 РУБЛЯ 1994 г.» (3 ROUBLES 1994), at the bottom — «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA). (ROUBLES LMD BANK OF RUSSIA)

- A view of the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Mother of God in Suzdal from the XIIIth-XVIth-century, over it to the left and to the right - two winged seraphst, the inscriptions along the rim: at the top to the left - "РОЖДЕСТВЕНСКИЙ СОБОР" (THE CATHEDRAL OF THE NATIVITY), at the bottom - "СУЗДАЛЬ" (SUZDAL), to the right - the dates "XIII-XVI вв."
