Description
20 Francs from Luxembourg. Issued in 1963. Struck in Bronze. Measures 21 mm and weighs 3.05 g.
- Obverse
- Diademed portrait of Charlotte (1896-1985), Grand Duchess of Luxembourg from 1919 to 1964 to the right. In the nape of the neck a small royal crown at the front of the portrait the word TRIAL on the right. Signature of the engravers under the neck cut. The whole surrounded by the legend in characters of the time and the year in the exergue.
- Reverse
- Tower with three battlements (see commentary below) surrounded by the legend between two grenetis.
