- Bust of Philip II crowned and armored left. Mint mark divides date below bus. (Philips, by God's grace king of Spain and Duke of Brabant)
- Reverse
- Crowned shield of arms (Up = Austria / Valois (3 lilies); Down = Burgundy slashes; Brabant lion). (The Lord is my Helper)
