- Decorated facing bust of king right, wearing earrings and winged crown surmonted by globe or korymbos, at side bust of queen right, wearing earrings and boar-crown, in front facing bust of the son, wearing an eagle-crown and holding a wreath.
- Reverse
- Fire altar decorated with ribbons, two attendants facing inward , wearing winged crowns surmonted by globes, the attendant on left holding a laurel wreath. Bull-symbol over flames.
