25 Cents - Elizabeth II from Canada. Issued in 2015. Struck in Nickel plated copper (three-ply plating). Measures 23.88 mm and weighs 4.4 g.
- Obverse
- Head of Queen Elizabeth II, as at 77 years of age, bare headed, wearing necklace and earrings, facing right. (Elizabeth II Queen by the grace of God)
- Reverse
- This coin features a design of fifty children who each represent one of the flag's 50 years, as well as Canada's future. The words "50 years/ans" appear at the bottom centre. The design was created by artist Bonnie Ross from Nova Scotia.
