- Obverse
- The colored emblem of the Olympic Festival and the imagery pictograms representing the types of Olympic sports are the central motive of the coin design. The semi circled inscription ”ევროპის XIII ახალგაზრდული ოლიმპიური ფესტივალი” (ХIII European Youth Olympic Festival) is placed on the right-hand ring of the coin. (European 13th Youth Olympic Festival)
- Reverse
- The symbol of the Georgian National Olympic Comittee, the Olympic torch and the map of Europe are placed in the central part of the coin. The denomination numeral 10 and inscription ლარი (lari) are placed beneath it. The symbol of Georgian currency – Lari - appears on the right-hand side, along the denomination numeral. On the left-hand side, there is a circular inscription “საქართველოს ეროვნული ბანკი” (National Bank of Georgia). Nine stars out of twelve five-pointed stars of the European Union, representing the nine types of sports included in the program, are placed on the right-hand side.
