Obverse
The face value is surrounded by two branches, one of oak and the other of laurel of oak, the other of laurel, which evoke the initials of the euro. The whole motif of the reverse side is framed by an assembly of lines representing the Hexagon.
Reverse
Chaplain's rooster with a crest and feathers stylized in a contemporary way through the work of materials. It bears the motto "Liberté, Égalité, Fraternité". In the background, the French flag in heraldic colors in the manner of the coins of 10, 20 and 50 cents: horizontal lines for the blue, flat surface for the white and vertical lines for the red.
