- Obverse
- On a plain shield (Type I with straight top and sides) between three 'bugle horns', two in chief and one in base, a circle, in the upper two thirds a tree of liberty (orange tree) between three sheep left, and a lion, right. In the lower third an ox-wagon facing left. Shield flanked left by palm branch and right by laurel branch, tied at the bottom with a ribbon. Motto below shield on a ribbon, legend above, date below.
