Obverse
Bust of Joseph I of Habsburg facing right in a beaded circle. The top of the head reaches the rim and divides the legend. The bottom of the bust divides the circle and the legend. Legend around "Joseph, Dei Gratia, Romanorum Imperator Semper Augustus, Germaniae, Hungariae Bohemiaeque rex".
Reverse
Three heart shaped shields point to the center, of Austria above, Burgundy right and Styria left, with ornaments between the shields, in a beaded circle. The mint mark below divides the legend. Legend (start 1h) for "Archidux Austriae Dux Burgundiae et Styriae"
