In the centre - the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, under it - the semicircular inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim - on top: "ТРИ РУБЛЯ" (THREE ROUBLES), below: to the left - indications of the precious metal and its fineness, in the centre - the year of issue "2008 г." In the centre - the matted image of the corner part of a post envelope with three post stamps on it in two lines, one of them, below to the right is made in form of golden inset with two inscriptions above: to the left - "Au 99,9", to the right - "1,55". Two others stamps are drown in half-tint, on one of them, to the left - inscription in half-tint in two lines "Овручъапрдня 1858" (Delivered on day of April 1858); above - inscription in four lines "150-ЛЕТИЕ ПЕРВОЙ РОССИЙСКОЙ ПОЧТОВОЙ МАРКИ" (150-th ANNIVERSARY OF THE FIRST RUSSIAN POST STAMP), below - a penholder with the steel pen.
