- Laureate portrait of Josef I in a beaded circle, the top of the head breaks the circle. Value below in a frame dividing the legend "Iosephus dei Gratia Romanorum Imperator Semper Augustus Germaniae Hungariae Bohemiae Rex".
- Reverse
- Styria oval shield over 2 angled crosses, the smallest within a beaded circle, the largest divides the legend. Date and mint mark below divided by the cross. Palms around the shield.
