Obverse
Crowned bust of king right. In front of the face and behind the head pehlevi legend. A counterstamp (Bukharian tamgha) applied in the field. (King of Bukhara al-Mahdi)
Reverse
In the center of the coin fire altar with a head of Ahura Mazda to the right. On both sides of the altar figures of attendants (mobeds).
