Obverse
The image of the Eagle, established as the emblem of Polish Republic, the notation of the year of issue: 19-95. Under the Eagle an inscription: ZŁ 10 ZŁ, on the rim inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA (Republic of Poland), preceded and followed by five beads.
Reverse
The bust of Wincenty Witos, on the right side at the bottom - the bunch of ears of clover - a symbol of peasant movement. On the right side of the bust, the spikes inscription: WINCENTY / WITOS. In the rim, an inscription: 100-LECIE ZORGANIZOWANEGO RUCHU LUDOWEGO (100th Anniversary - Organized Peasant Movement).
