- The image of the Eagle, established as the emblem of Polish Republic, on the sides of the Eagle, 19-96, under the Eagle an inscription: ZŁ 10 ZŁ, on the rim inscription: Rzeczpospolita Polska (Republic of Poland), preceded and followed by five beads.
- Reverse
- The bust of Stanisław Mikołajczyk, on the right side at the bottom of a composition comprising a spike and shamrocks - a symbol of the peasant movement. A semicircular inscription: Stanisław Mikołajczyk 1901-1966.
