Description
20 Decimos Real from Buenos Aires. Issued in 1827. Struck in Copper. Measures 31.8 mm and weighs 24.1 g.
- Obverse
- Circular centerpiece ornamented, between garlands of fruity laurel and with the smooth surface, bearing the legend "20 / DECIM" in two lines. Surrounding this in semicircular superior form, the legend "BANCO NACIONAL" and below in exertion "BUENOS-AYRES / 1827" in two horizontal lines. Graphite of small triangles with horizontal striping.
- Reverse
- Inside a striped circle of azure with the legend "ARDESCIT. ET. VIRESCIT. "Phoenix bird exclaimed with her head turned to her right, where a radiant sun room appears. Graph similar to the obverse.
