½ Liard from Duchy of Brabant. Issued from 1593 to 1598. Struck in Copper. Measures 22 mm and weighs 2.72 g.

- Crowned Burgundian cross with firesteel at center and jewel of the Golden Fleece, dividing date. Mintmark (if present) at end of legend. (Philip, by the grace of God King of Spain, etc., Duke of Brabant.)
