Centrally, against the background of cards with hand-written notes, a stylized image of a bird's feathers placed diagonally. On his background, longitudinally inscription: Czeslaw Milosz. On the left, a stylized image of a fragment of paper with handwritten drawings. On the right, an inscription: 10 / ZŁ, under which, semicircular, the year of issue: 2011. From the left side, from the bottom, a semicircular inscription: RZECZPOSPOLITA POLSKA. At the bottom, the middle of the image of the Eagle established as the emblem of Polish Republic.
