- The face value in Hebrew and English, the State emblem, the word "Israel" in three languages and the mint year; the triangle of the call-up order appears in the middle.
- Reverse
- A soldier's ID tag with the Hebrew letter "tzadi" (the Hebrew letter appearing inside a triangle on every "call-up order"); a small teddy bear representing the yearning for home and family left behind; the inscription "Reservists in Israel" in Hebrew, English and Arabic appears along the border of the coin.
