In the centre there is an image of the town of Tiraspol emblem approved in 1847 in the Russian Empire time. The image of the Emblem is framed with ornamental leaves to the right, to the left and above it. Under the image there is a ribbon with an inscription “1792” (the year of foundation of the city of Tiraspol) . Written in semicircle inscription "ТИРАСПОЛЬ" (TIRASPOL) in Cyrillic is at the top.
