- Obverse
- In the center – the State Emblem of the Transnistrian Moldovan Republic. Denomination and date. (Transnistrian Republican Bank 100 Rubles)
- Reverse
- To the right there is a close-up portrait of Zakhariy Chepega-Kulish, the ataman of the Black Sea Cossack Army, against the background of a sailing boat with oarsmen in it . An inscription “1726-1797” indicating Zakhariy Chepega-Kulish’s life years is to the right to the portrait. Along the edging at the top there is a circling inscription "ЗАХАРИЙ ЧЕПЕГА-КУЛИШ" (Zakhariy Chepega-Kulish) in Cyrillic. An inscription "ПРИДНЕСТРОВЬЕ - КРАЙ КАЗАЧИЙ" (Transdniester region, Cossacks’ land) in Russian written on the stylized ribbon along the edging is under the portrait and an image of the Emblem of the Black Sea Cossack Army with an inscription “1787” indicating the year of forming of the Black Sea Cossack Army is in the middle of the ribbon.
