- Obverse
- A portrait of Ardashir II facing right. His crown is in the form of a close-fitting headdress crowned by globe. Ribbons flow from the globe and diadem; the diadem takes the form of large "pearls". Ribbons flow from his right shoulder, with the ends upwards. His hair is in curls, the beard is tied. There is a pointed rim around the picture. Pahlavi legend
- Reverse
- The "atasdan"is in the form of a column with capitellum and base. Along two sides of the atasdan there are figures in the headdress of Ardashir II with spears in their hands. There is a bust in the fire facing right. The column of the atasdan is covered with ribbons with the ends downwards. There is a pointed rim around the picture.
