- Bare bust of King Frederik V with long and curly hair, facing right (Frederik V Dei Gratia King of Denmark, Norway, the Wends and the Goths)
- Reverse
- Crowned ornate high shield with arms of Denmark, Norway and Kalmar Union is bent to right and has a band with the pendant of the Order of the Elephant. The shield divides date at sides. Value is in legend.
