Obverse

In the central part of the coin shows the coat of arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan. At the bottom - the number "500" and the inscription "ТЕҢГЕ" indicating the denomination of the coin. The left and right sectors of the mirror element of national ornament along the rim are the inscriptions "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" in the state language and "РЕСПУБЛИКА КАЗАХСТАН" in Russian.
