- Obverse
- Nude-headed, cuirassed, beared and old bust of the Duke right with a big flat collar. (Charles, for God's grace, Duke of Calabria, Lorraine, Bar and Guelders.)
- Reverse
- Crowned shield in 5 parts: -up and left: split between Hungary and Napoli (Anjou-Sicily) -up and right: split between Jerusalem and Aragon -bottom left: split between Anjou and Guelders -bottom right: split between Flanders and Bar -middle: Lorraine. (New coin struck in Nancy.)
