- Face value in Hebrew and English, Israel State Emblem, "Israel" in English, Hebrew and Arabic, mint year; to the left, a decorative element representing the Tablets of the Law with the first word of each of the Ten Commandments inscribed in ancient Hebrew letters, surrounded by a radiating glow, inscription "MOSES AND THE TEN COMMANDMENTS EXODUS, 20:34" are inscribed along the border in Hebrew, English and Arabic.
