- In the centre – the emblem of the Bank of Russia [the two-headed eagle with wings down, under it – the semicircular inscription "БАНК РОССИИ" (BANK OF RUSSIA)] framed by a circle of dots and inscriptions along the rim – on top: "ДВАДЦАТЬ ПЯТЬ РУБЛЕЙ" (TWENTY FIVE ROUBLES), below: to the left – indications of the precious metal and its fineness, in the centre – the year of issue "2013 г." (2013), to the right – the fine metal content and the mint trade mark. (Twenty Five Roubles Bank of Russia SPMD)

- In the centre on the mirror field of the disc – the ensemble of the Alexander Nevsky Lavra with Saint Trinity Cathedral in the front of it, below – the emblem of the Lavra: an angel holding in his hands the oval disc with the depiction of two crossed staves, to the both sides of the emblem – fragments of vegetable ornament. Above over the Lavra – the image of the patron saint of the Lavra and Saint Petersburg – the most Orthodox Prince Saint Alexander Nevsky, over it – the semicircular inscription along the rim: "Свято-Троицкая Александро-Невская Лавра" (Saint Trinity Alexander Nevsky Lavra) (Saint Trinity Alexander Nevsky Lavra)
