2 Patards from Duchy of Brabant. Issued from 1482 to 1485. Struck in Silver (.799). Measures 27 mm and weighs 3.06 g.
- Obverse
- Two seated lions facing each other. Between and above them a firesteel (vuurijzer), flint and sparks. Legend ends with mintmark. (Coinage of the Archduchy of Austria, Burgundy, Brabant, Limburg, etc.)
- Reverse
- Shield with arms of Austria-Burgundy over a floriate cross (Double patard made in Brabant 1482)
