- Head of King Carl XIII facing right. Legend around rim. (Carl XIII King of Sweden, Norway, the Goths and the Wends)
- Reverse
- Crowned shield with the Three crowns of Sweden within circular Seraphim Order Chain. The Chain pendant divides date and mintmark below. At sides is the King's motto.
