- Head of King Carl XIII facing right. Legend around rim. (Carl XIII King of Sweden, of the Goths and the Wends)
- Reverse
- Crowned shield with the Three crowns of Sweden within circular Seraphim Order Chain. The Chain pendant divides value, date and mintmark below. At sides, around rim, is the King's motto. (The welfare of the people is my highest law)
