Obverse
The bust of old Augustus III facing right, wearing a crown, with elttering around him. (By grace of God Augustus III, King of Poland, Grand Duke of Lithuania, King of Prussia, Duke of Saxony and Elector.)
Reverse
A shield with the emblem of Gdańsk, the denomination above it and palm and bay leaves on top, held by two lions facing opposite directions. Below it The designer initials, R E Œ and the date. Around it is the lettering. (Silver coin, city of Danzig.)
