- Conjoined busts of King Frederick I and Queen Ulrika Eleonora facing right. Lettering continuous above. (Frederik I and Ulrika Eleonora King and Queen of Sweden by the Grace of God)
- Reverse
- Crowned greater arms of Sweden in ornate shield held by lion supporters at sides. The date is below, in cartouche made by palm crossed branches. Above the shield is the King's motto. (In God my hope)
