Crowned and armored half figure of King Gustav Vasa, with raised sword in right hand and globus cruciger in the left (symbols of the power of Sweden). Figure of King is within circle with legend outside. (Gustav (Vasa) King of Sweden by the Grace of God)
Reverse
Crowned quartered shield of Sweden (Three crowns of Sweden in first and fourth quadrant; Folkungs Lion in second and third; smaller shield with Vasa Arms in center) within circle. Legend outside with date and mintmark at end. (Blessed is the man who fears the Lord)
