- Obverse
- Obverse of the coin presents an image of the St. Naum monastery and seven saints over it - St. Cyril and St. Methodius, and their 5 students: St. Naum, St. Clement, St. Sava, St. Angelarius and St. Gorazd. At the bottom of the coin, there is the name of the Republic of Macedonia in the Macedonian language. At the top - on the right hand side - the Macedonian coat of arms and on the left - denomination "1000 Denars" in Macedonian. In the middle, at the top, there is also the year of issue "2014" and in the middle left part of the coin - the hallmark "Ag925". (100 DENARS 2014 Ag 925500 g REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA)
