Obverse

On the top of the coin there is the coat of arms of the Republic of Macedonia, an inscription "100 Denars" in Macedonian language, as well as the year of the issue "2017", the hallmark "Ag 925" and the weight of the coin - "31.1g". In the central part of the obverse there is a part of the Pokrovsky Monastery in Moscow, the location of St. Matrona of Moscow’s relics. At the background is an outline of the monastery. At the bottom of the coin there is an inscription "Republic of Macedonia" in Macedonian language.

Reverse

In the center of the coin there is an image of Matrona of Moscow based on the work from Pokrovsky Monastery in Moscow. Around the central image there are gold ornaments. At the bottom of the coin there is an inscription: "Saint blessed Matrona of Moscow" in Russian language.
