- In the center the inscription "REPUBLICA PORTUGUESA" and the face value with the coat of arms of Portugal in the center. All around, 12 coats of arms of Ibero-American countries follow one another: Argentina, Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Portugal and Uruguay (in clockwise order).
