1 Speciedaler - Frederik III from Norway. Issued from 1659 to 1662. Struck in Silver (.875). Measures 44 mm and weighs 28.78 g.
- Obverse
- Crowned armored bust of King Frederick III facing right inside a circle. Legend outside starting at upper point clockwise. Only the top of the King's Crown breaks the upper part of the circle. (Frederik III by Gods grace, King of Denmark, Norway, of the Wends and the Goths)
- Reverse
- Crowned two-tailed rampant lion holding a curved halberd (symbol of Norway) within a wreath made by two curved and crossed laurel branches. King's motto outside the wreath, at sides, while date is below, between the severed ends of the branches. Mintmark is between lion's legs (Lord will be my provider)
