- Charles V, graduate, swamped and armored bust on the right
- Reverse
- The river god Po, lying on the right, leans with his right arm on an urn from which the water of the river flows and with his left he holds a transverse scepter; the Salus augustea, standing on the left, holds a vertical rod with the left hand and with a right extended a patera from which feeds a snake that wraps itself on an altar.
