1 Speciedaler - Christian V from Norway. Issued from 1671 to 1674. Struck in Silver (.875). Measures 43 mm and weighs 28.78 g.
- Obverse
- Laureate bust of king Christian V with a roman tunic and long hair, facing right. Inscription surrounding it in a clockwise direction. Beaded ring on the rim. (Christian V, by the Grace of God, King of Denmark, Norway, the Wends and the Goths)
- Reverse
- Crowned Norwegian lion holding an axe and facing right, in an oval shield (with ornate frame) on top of a cross. The shield is crowned and is surrounded by two lines of text, one near the rim and the King's motto as second . Beaded ring on the edge. Mint Master initials are divided at sides of the shield, right below the horizontal arms of the cross; while the date is dived by lower arm of the cross.
