Obverse
A magic wand with a scroll of stars and a world of objects related to European children's tales. The face value "20 €", the marks of the monetary workshop and the motto "LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ", are in the center of the coin. Underneath, the year "2002", "RF" the name of the issuing state of the French Republic, and the famous beginning of the children's tales "IL ÉTAIT UNE FOIS ...".
Reverse
Snow White is a children's story created by the Grimm brothers in 1812. The name of the tale is written at the top of the piece "SNOW WHITE". In the center from left to right, the representation of Snow White colored, the 7 dwarfs around Snow White sleeping and the portrait of the witch holding a poisoned apple. Below, a mirror and a crown with the Greek letter alpha "α" and inside the year "2002".
