Obverse
A magic wand with a scroll of stars and a world of objects related to European children's tales. The face value "20 €", the marks of the monetary workshop and the motto "LIBERTÉ ÉGALITÉ FRATERNITÉ", are in the center of the coin. Underneath, the year "2003", "RF" the name of the issuing state of the French Republic, and the famous beginning of the children's tales "IL ÉTAIT UNE FOIS ...".
Reverse
Alice in Wonderland is a children's story created by Lewis Carroll in 1865. The name of the tale is written at the top of the piece "ALICE IN WONDERLAND". In the center, the representation of Alice colored, surrounded by a valet of heart, the queen, the rabbit with a big watch.
