- Crowned bust of King Frederick III with a bow tie in the front, facing right in a beaded ring. Surrounded by inscription. Beaded ring on the edge. (Frederik III, by God´s grace, King of Denmark, Norway, the Wends and the Goths)

- Crowned one-tailed rampant lion holding a curved halberd (symbol of Norway) inside a laurel wreath. King's motto outside with date under the wreath. Mintmark is between lion's front and back legs. (The Lord will be my providence.)
