- Half-length figure of Philip II left, crowned and holding scepter in right hand, left hand resting on quartered arms of Spain-Burgundy-Austria. (Philip, by God's grace King of Spain and Duke of Brabant)
- Reverse
- Four sets of crowned initials PH arranged radially with S at center to form a cross. Value flanking the center of cross, floral motif in each angle, all within thin inner circle. (Peace and justice)
