1 Gros - Catherine Cornaro from Kingdom of Cyprus. Issued from 1474 to 1489. Struck in Silver. Measures 26 mm and weighs 3.5 g.

Obverse
Crowned queen sitting on a throne and holding a sceptre in right hand and a globus cruciger in his left, surrounded by a beaded ring. Another beaded ring on the rim, with the inscription between the rings. Letter P on the left of the figure of the queen. (Catherine, Queen of Venice)
Reverse
Cross of jerusalem (large cross with a square in the centre, with smaller crosses in each quarter part), surrounded by a beaded ring. Another beaded ring on the rim, with the inscription between the rings.
