20 Decimos Real from Buenos Aires. Issued in 1831. Struck in Copper. Measures 32.2 mm and weighs 20.3 g.
- Obverse
- Circular centerpiece ornamented, between fruity laurel wreaths and with smooth surface, bearing the legend "20 / DECIM" in two horizontal lines. Surrounding it in a semicircular upper form, the legend "BANCO NACIONAL" and under the excerpt "BUENOS-AYRES / 1831 in two horizontal lines. Small triangle drawing with horizontal striping.
- Reverse
- Inside a striped circle of azure with the legend "ARDESCIT ET VIRESCIT" Phoenix bird extended with the head turned to its right by where a portion of radiant sun appears. Graph similar to the obverse.
